Let's Be Honest About.....All Out 2021

EDDIE KINGSTON VS. MIRO WAS SLOPPY

Both men are on their way to becoming huge stars in AEW, but this match didn't do them any favors. They seemed to be in slow motion throughout the entirety of the encounter. Putting Miro over by having him pin Kingston helps him, but it puts Eddie backwards because of this below average match.

JON MOXLEY LOOKS TIRED...... SERIOUSLY

After a solid victory over Kojima, Moxley looked like he needed sleep. The man just won the GCW World Championship from Matt Cardona the night before and has a brutal schedule while juggling being a father. I realize he took time off for the birth of his child and probably needs to continue wrestling for income, but someone should take him aside and tell him to be careful. Now, they are feeding him to Japanese legend Minoru Suzuki.

DR. BRITT BAKER D.M.D IS NEAR BECKY LYNCH TERRITORY

The doctor is supposed to be a heel and has two cohorts that stand by her, yet fans cheer her and sing along to her theme song. She and the AEW fans are going to force the brass to turn her face by proxy. The reaction she received at her hometown in Pittsburgh is considered one of the greatest pops a female wrestler has earned in history. Her victory over a previously undefeated Kris Statlander at All Out only builds her already strong title reign.

FINALLY, THE YOUNG BUCKS PUT OVER A TAG TEAM

In easily the best match of the night, the Young Bucks did the good deed by having the Lucha Brothers get a well-deserved victory. Also, the Bucks doing the same shtick for over a decade has lost its luster. Time to change it up.

Justin Roberts needs a new nickname. Calling him "The Dapper Yapper" is just weird.

THE WOMEN'S CASINO BATTLE ROYALE WAS BORING.....UNTIL THE END.

You had four former Champions in the ring and yet, the match didn't exactly lift me up off of my seat. Then Ruby Soho made her debut as the final entry and lasted to the end with Thunder Rosa, which should be a great matchup if booked. Soho gets a W and Jim Ross called her Ruby Riott and I laughed at that.

CHRIS JERICHO WILL CONTINUE WRESTLING IN AEW

Ok, I will list Chris Jericho as one of the top 5 wrestlers of all-time. However, seeing this man compete nearing his 50's is hard to watch. The man put AEW on the map and the company will cater to him at all costs. He can work around not having to wrestle full-time. Beating MJF really didn't propel anyone or made Jericho strong. It was a waste of a stipulation.

The announcers during the broadcast uttered a couple of bad words and MJF did a disgusting gesture to the fans, which made them apologize to the TV audience. AEW clearly wanted the people to hear that or see MJF do that. Why are you apologizing since none of this wasn't censored? Makes no sense.

CM PUNK WAS SOLID IN HIS RETURN

After seven years being away from the squared circle, I knew CM Punk was going to be rusty, which he was at times. But all through it, he was vintage CM Punk. Nostalgia hit when "Cult Of Personality" by Living Colour played for Punk's entrance. Darby Allin gave an A+ effort against an experienced grappler and this match should become a platform for success for Allin.

THE BIG SHOW......I MEAN PAUL WIGHT SHOULDN'T BE WRESTLING

Against QT Marshall, Paul Wight looked slow and just came off hip surgery and it showed. Please let this man to commentary or become an agent and that's it.

Also, JR called him "The Big Show". Was JR having flashbacks to his Raw days with the King?

THE MAIN EVENT WAS SERVICEABLE

Don't get wrong, Kenny Omega and Christian Cage worked their asses off during this bout. However, it wasn't the match that I wanted to be. The match on Rampage was way better. Omega grabbed the pin and the Elite decided to beat up Cage and the Jurassic Express after

Ok, everything I've been telling you has led up to this. The excitement of this moment turned into anger for me. I know what you are saying "Oh, A.J. Why can't you leave AEW alone? Not everything can go your way about this company." Calm down and hear me out.

Adam Cole makes his debut to a huge pop from the Chicago faithful. He entered the ring going face-to-face with the Elite. This is when they should have ended the show. Instead, he showed his true colors by joining the Elite, basically robbing fans of a "Will Cole join the Elite or not" angle.

Then Bryan Danielson makes his debut and helps the faces fight off the heels. Don't get be wrong, both debuts were exciting and weren't the least surprising. However, it seemed as Danielson's appearance overshadowed Cole's. They could have waited for Bryan's debut at a later date, while Adam Cole had his moment. The company unnecessarily jammed all of the big debuts and surprises into one pay-per-view.

All Out 2021 was a show that will launch AEW into the top of the wrestling industry.........that cost $50 to watch.
