Dear Milwaukee Bucks,
Have you gone mad? I realized that you lost in the first round, becoming the sixth #1 seed to lose to an #8 seed, but was this justified?
Mike Budenholzer was hired to help the Bucks reach their potential. He did just that. Milwaukee won the Central Division title in all of his five seasons. He had a .693 winning percentage in the regular season and a .600 percentage in the playoffs. They also snagged the Eastern Conference crown and that darn elusive NBA title in 2021. That's right! Mike Budenholzer is the reason why you have an NBA championship banner hanging at Fiserv Forum.
So, what are you going to do, Bucks? What are you going to do? WHAT are you REALLY going to do? This guy was probably your best chance of winning another championship. The prospects to replace him are not good. Maybe Nick Nurse? You could pull Mark Jackson or Jeff Van Gundy out of the broadcast booth. You could grab an high-rising assistant to carry the Bucks back to the promised land. Again, slim to none.
Wait, wait, wait......I just realized something. A certain billionaire bought a stake of your team and has a reputation of firing coaches for no reason whatsoever.
Okay, he only owns 25%, but I think he influenced the rest of you to execute the firing.
Also, and here's the messed up part, do you really have to let him go after he lost his brother in a car accident? How the (bleep) do you guys sleep at night?
Mike Budenholzer will be employed very quickly by a Detroit or an Orlando. You on the other hand will be treading water to make a playoff run. That sucks.

P.S. Google the 2014-2015 Atlanta Hawks team that won 60 games and look at the roster. Mike Budenholzer worked that magic. That's your loss.
