Arturas Karnisovas will use his overseas knowledge to tap Avdija for small forward. The Bulls is continue to add to their young rotation......or trade for superstars.
5. CLEVELAND- OBI TOPPIN F, DAYTON
The Cavaliers add an athletic frontcourt player who can play both forward positions.
6. DETROIT (from Atlanta)- TYRESE HALIBURTON G, IOWA STATE
Detroit trades up a spot to grab the most intriguing prospect in the draft in Haliburton. The Pistons' rebuild officially begins here.
7. ATLANTA (from Detroit)- PATRICK WILLIAMS F, FLORIDA STATE
Atlanta really doesn't need Williams, but it's a pick that you can store away for a team that is on the rise.
8. GOLDEN STATE (from New York)- ONYEKA OKONGWU F, USC
Golden State has assets and a power forward prospect who can eventually replace Draymond Green, a player who has regressed and has become more irritable.
9. WASHINGTON- ISAAC OKORO G, AUBURN
As the Wizards field trade offers for Bradley Beal....supposedly, they select his heir apparent and can pair him with Rui Hachimura, who had an outstanding rookie campaign.
10. PHOENIX- KILLIAN HAYES G, RATIOPHARM ULM
The Suns are fielding trade offers for Chris Paul, but need a younger prospect to replace him. Hayes is the home run pick.
Eleven. SAN ANTONIO- JALEN SMITH F, MARYLAND
After 20+ years of playoffs, the Spurs enter the lottery and draft a frontcourt prospect they can develop.
12. SACRAMENTO- SADDIQ BEY F, VILLANOVA
Harrison Barnes is regressing and Bogi may be gone. Sacramento drafts a versatile player who can play both positions.
13. NEW ORLEANS- DEVIN VASSEL G, FLORIDA STATE
Pelicans continue their youth movement drafting Vassel to add to it.
14. PORTLAND (from Boston)- PRECIOUS ACHIUWA F, MEMPHIS
Portland trades up and adds a much-needed prospect who can clean the boards.

Boston stocks young talent and it continues with Hampton, a point guard for the future.

The Bucks make a move and trade up to select Anthony. Eric Bledsoe can move on and Giannis can be happy. Hopefully.
18. DALLAS- AARON NESMITH G, VANDERBILT
The Mavs put another wing alongside Doncic and could be beneficial.
19. BROOKLYN- JOSH GREEN F, ARIZONA
Kevin Durant is ready to debut, but he's in his 30's and coming off a Achilles tendon injury. The Nets need a future replacement.
20. MIAMI- NICO MANNION G, ARIZONA
Dragic is regressing and the Heat struck gold in drafting Tyler Herro last season. It might happen again with Mannion, who was considered a top 5 pick.
Twenty one. PHILADELPHIA- KIRA LEWIS JR. G, ALABAMA
After the Ben Simmons point guard experiment was not fruitful, the Sixers get a point guard that falls into their laps.
22. DENVER- JADEN MCDANIELS F, WASHINGTON
DENVER can use a pick like this to select McDaniels, a forward with a long wingspan.
23. UTAH- THEO MALEDON G, ASVEL BASKET
Mike Conley Jr. is regressing......badly. I still like you, MCJ. Utah gets a project player who can develop.
24. MINNESOTA- VERNON CAREY C, DUKE
The Wolves use their second first-round pick on a bruising frontcourt prospect.
25. OKLAHOMA CITY- TYRELL TERRY G, STANFORD
The Thunder draft a point guard to play alongside Shai GA. OKC can afford it.
26. BOSTON- ISAIAH STEWART F, WASHINGTON
Boston drafts a frontcourt prospect. They kind of need it.
27. NEW YORK- DESMOND BANE G, TCU
The Knicks are basically rebuilding. Soooooooo, this makes sense, for them.
28. LA LAKERS- JAHMI'US RAMSEY G, TEXAS TECH
The champs get a prospect who can develop in a team full of veterans.
29. TORONTO- LEANDRO BOLMARO G, LIGA ENDESA
The Raps use a pick on a overseas talent, which will probably develop nicely since it's the Raptors.
30. BOSTON- ALEKSEJ POKUSEVSKI F, OLYMPIACOS
The Celtics use their third first-round pick on a project, because why not.
